How do I best enjoy the bread?

  1. Slice bread to your desired thickness.
  2. Lightly spray water over the surface of the sliced bread.
  3. Toast in a pre-heated toaster on high heat for 1–2 minutes or until browned to your liking.
  4. Remove from toaster and enjoy immediately!

How should I store the bread?

  1. Seal the bread in the provided bag. Avoid high temperatures and humid environments.
  2. Best consumed within 2 days from purchase for optimal freshness.
  3. For longer storage, freeze the bread to preserve its quality.

What ingredients are used?

All our bread is made using wild yeast (sourdough starter) with no preservatives added. You can find the full list of ingredients on the Bread page.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be made by visiting the Order page, or by using our Fredough Assistant ChatBot located at the bottom right of the website.

Why is collection only after 6PM?

As a small home-based bakery, only a limited number of loaves are baked daily. All bread is naturally leavened with sourdough and undergoes an 18–24 hour fermentation process. Collection is only available after 6PM to ensure optimal freshness and to fit my baking schedule.
